The company develops and leases properties, and generates rental income from both residential and commercial properties. Over the years Kalahari Holdings has acquired properties both improved and unimproved with considerable potential to generate revenue and increase investments.
Through an ambitious and progressive strategy, there has been great successes in completing several construction projects, both commercial and residential, around the country. These projects not only brought in considerable income through leasing of business premises, but contributed greatly to the expansion of the company’s market share within the Namibian property industry.
