Kudu Investment is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kalahari Holdings specializing in the acquisition and development of commercial properties. The Company successfully completed an upmarket new office complex at Promenaden Road in Windhoek in the amount of N$ 26 million in order to increase its revenue stream from rental income.
In addition to its continuous acquisition of new properties, Kudu seeks to embark upon financing more development projects, which will yield expected profits and ensure continuous growth. The Company is planning to expand its prime property portfolio and is actively seeking new properties for residential and commercial development opportunities in Windhoek.
